Vectoris360™ was created to address a recurring challenge in high-complexity construction programs: projects rarely fail because of a lack of technical capability. More often, they fail when decision-making is fragmented, requirements are misaligned, and acceptance criteria are unclear. Vectoris360™ operates as an independent governance layer, bringing structure, accountability, and technical discipline to the project lifecycle. We help define how projects are planned, executed, coordinated, and accepted—protecting contractual intent, technical integrity, and institutional accountability from the outset.

Led by Hazzell Mejía, a senior architect and project governance professional with two decades of international experience supporting U.S. Department of State (DOS) / Overseas Building Operations (OBO) programs, the firm brings firsthand experience across construction management, facility management, and complex project environments.

Her experience includes work with prime contractors across Nicaragua, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Brazil. This trajectory shaped the development of the Vectoris360™ Governance Framework—grounded in institutional standards, quality management, and acceptance processes, with a clear understanding of where projects are most vulnerable and how to strengthen them.
